This is my favorite bank, ever. Everyone knows my first name. I have no idea what my account number is (doesn't matter). They treat me like a friend and I love coming here.
Opened an account this morning and came back later in the day to make a deposit only to discover that they would place a hold on the funds even after verifying their availability. Regional manager was the most unprofessional, non customer service oriented individual ever. Will not be doing business here in the future.
