Great! I was new to the Warrenton area and took a chance on bringing my car to Trusted Auto Care. Since then I have continued to bring my car there and have been impressed everytime with the quality, speed, and price of their services as well as the respectful and knowledgeable people that work there.
I have been using Trusted Auto Care for many years. They have reliable staff that will not gouge you. They have worked on my cars, my wife's cars as well as my parents vehicles. They have also rebuilt my Jeep for me and do fine restoration work. I'm not sure what Rob's issues were, but I suspect he is an idiot.
Ive been loyal to this shop for a few years after one of my best friends recommended it, but I will NEVER be going back and I will never recommend anyone does. Besides the fact that one of their mechanics who always looks high or just doesnt know what hes doing at all fixed what I paid $300 to get fixed incorrectly, they kept dodging fixing it and taking responsibility for it. Not only that, but a part started going bad as a result of the incorrectly fixed part and still they said it was fine, even though i took my car to 2 places to have the codes read the one just magically disappeared when I took it to trusted THE NEXT DAY. Besides that every single time I go in their for something minor, they always come out with 'we have some bad news' informing me my visit just turned into hundreds or thousands of dollars in 'repairs needed'. Ive had other opinions on some of these occasions and was told 'thats not true, their just trying to get money out of you'. Which I've known for awhile but guess I just didnt want to believe. I really thought these were great guys that wouldnt screw me over, I see them for what they are now though.
I would advise looking somewhere else. I went here for a simple inspection on my BMW and not only did the actual inspection (not waiting to be inspected) take 1.5 hours but they rejected me because my rotors 'needed' to be relaxed. However, I decided to go to another shop to have them replace them and do the work and they told me that they were fine and didn't need to be replaced. hmmm....
