I have been to this store twice in the last week and each time the sales associate has been rude. The first time, after waiting in line I was told without apology that she had to restart the register and to go up to the main registers where there was a line. The next time I came in, there was a sign stating the Lands End register was closed but the same sales associate (girl with brown hair in a pony tail on 10/11 in the morning) was right next to the register making some price tag changes. I asked if she might be available to ring me up and with the same unapologetic and dismissive tone, said "you can go to the front". I waited in line at the main Sears register which is notoriously slow for about 10 minutes before deciding I didn't care to give this store my business. I returned my $100 plus purchase to the Lands End counter in case she decided to change her mind and actually allow me to buy their clothes, but no. So I left. I will never go back. I'll buy my stuff online.
