Donnie at Wirenuts was amazing! He knew right away what he needed to do and was very professional. He took the time to explain the issue and explained in detail what he was going to need to do to repair everything! He was quick and efficient as well. Donnie also discussed other issues we were having and gave us recommendations on what we could do to fix it. We most definitely will call Donnie again for any future electrical needs! Wire Nuts were great! They arrived on time, diagnosed, and fixed my problems quickly but carefully (They were NOT in a rush to get out of my home). Tyler was well trained, friendly, and professional. I would recommend Wire Nuts due to today's house call. Tyler made sure I was 100% satisfied prior to leaving my home. He also vacuumed up the little bit of dust that came out of the socket when he replaced it. Very satisfied customer.
