Consistently gorgeous flowers and plants! I have sent my sister Teresa Flanagan arrangements twice and both have been first rate quality. The first was a beautiful Christmas cactus and the second a great mix of plants and cut flowers. I highly recommend Designs by Teresa (easy for me to remember their name) because I can trust my sister will get the best.

I highly recommend shopping elsewhere for flowers. I ordered an $80 arrangement of flowers for my mom to be delivered to her at work. I was told that because it was a timed delivery I would not get to chose which arrangement I wanted. What they delivered was a potted plant. When I called to have the situation corrected the owner got in a screaming match with me, telling me that I was wrong and that I ordered a potted hydrangea, refused to correct the situation, and proceeded to hang up on me. Their unprofessionalism and extremely poor customer service is exactly why I will never shop at Designs by Teresea again and why I will recommend to everyone else to shop elsewhere as well.
