Was in looking at 2 nightstands. The sales person quoted us a price. We did not buy because we had just started shopping and wanted to look at all options. Decided to call back a week later to see if they still had them which they did. We drove all the way to Warrenton from Bristow to pick-up and they wouldn't honor price we were quoted. The sales lady we initially worked with was off and they wouldn't call her to verify the price quoted. We were told she was either related to the owner or was part owner and that we should have gotten her to put the price in writing. Needless to say, we would not recommend a place that handles business like this no matter what the quality of their products.
Called to get a price check on a special order Catnapper Sofa and Chair. The man seemed eager to help. I was up front where I lived and wanted and said I'm trying to see if you can beat the price of another company. He must have thought I was competition fishing for price information, first he tells me we don't give prices over the phone but this time he'll make an exception then he asks how did you hear about us. I told him on Catnapper website. Then he asked what was the price of the other company gave you for this model. I told him I didn't want to give that to him. He immediately says to me "you are too far out of our jurisdiction for us to deliver." I replied "what?, your not going to sell me any furniture?" Yes. I hung up. Do all furniture companies have some unspoken rule they can't sell in someone else jurisdiction or is this company or person paranoid of competition. Sounds like to me people in Warrenton are getting rob blind.D
Correct hours of operation for Rankin Furniture is Mon-Sat 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-5pm. For some reason google posted the incorrect hours. This mistake had nothing to do with Rankin Furniture. The manufacturers list is also incomplete. They actually carry more manufacturers than is listed. Also, some of the manufacturers listed are different than they carry. You need to call the store for actual vendors that they carry.
