Very nice park with a pool/work out building close to the soccer fields. Fields and nice just be careful not to kick the ball too hard on the Chevy field because it will either go into the pond/lake or the road
The water temperature can be a bit cold for kids, but just right for swimming laps.

The facility is beautiful and has lots of equipment for health and fitness. The pool is amazing
If you are looking for a swimming facility, it's hard to beat the WARF. There is a kids pool with a water slide and a lap pool. There is a fitness area with a decent amount of cardiovascular equipment and a classroom. If you are looking for a gym with free weights then this is not your place. There is a large playground, maybe a half dozen soccer pitches, a hockey rink, and a skateboard park.
