Minuses: 1. Refrigerator was working loud, I had to unplug it. 2. The AC was working SUPER loud and also was making some minor smell of dust (dirty filter probably) in the room, no way to sleep in such conditions, I had to turn it off. 3. Breakfast felt like not healthy and not tasty food at all.

Facilities are otherwise fine.

We LOVED our stay at the holiday inn express in warrenton! We were attending a weekend conference at the fairgrounds which was a couple miles away. This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and quiet. Friendly staff too. I am a very light sleeper and my husband and I both slept better here than In our own home! I wish I knew what brand mattress/bedding that they use, I would buy it for our own house. My husband took advantage of the gym both nights. It has a few treadmill, a recumbent bike , elliptical, and a really nice weight set. He really enjoyed that. We had breakfast at the hotel both mornings which had hot and cold options, newspapers and the morning news. Anyway , if you are contemplating staying here, DO IT! You'll get the best rest that you've had in a while - I know we did! Oh and the water pressure was aammmaazzziinngg, on the 3rd floor!

Quality of service is lacking.

Went out for the day and came back late afternoon to find room had not been made up. Went to front desk to inform them as we were going out for the evening and was assured it would be taken care of. Got back at midnight to find room untouched! Then this morning I find out other members of the party I'm with had similar problems! A mistake is one thing, but this speaks to incompetence.

Decent Inn. Clean and good service. Lots of food places nearby. The continental breakfast didn't have the best food, but overall a good experience.

Pluses: 1. The staff was very nice. 2.The room was super clean, would give 5 stars for that, but...

Conclusion (If some managers will see this comment): You should change the AC and refrigerator units, or lower the price. We paid just $140 per night, although, advertising was around $90. Pretty cheap OK, but I except to sleep in comfort with AC working all night - that's all you need on business trip.

Not worth the value for $199/nt. Place built on-the-cheap - bathroom lamp unfinished, cracked tile, leaking tub patched with other-colored caulk, and falling shower rod (nicer available) causing persistent leaks when showering. Breakfast eggs crumbly, as from a powdered mix. Irritation all around to be distracting, thus not worth the money. Pass to the competition.
