Father's day was extremely crouded even early in the afternoon. The food was very good. The wait was terrible because of large groups needing to be seated but people eating leisurely prevented the turn over time from being reasonable. After an hour of wait we still waited a very long time for the food.
Great Surprise! Excellent Food & Service. Steak & baked potatos cooked perfect. Salad was very fresh. Not what I expected from a chain.
Booths were empty and that should never be the case when you have people waiting over an hour while others walk out not wanting to wait any longer....I am pretty positive I won't be returning on another holiday for sure.

The problem I saw was for the amount of customers there were not enough wait staff to make turn around time better.
Have visited many times since they opened a number of years ago. They started out fantastic! Then dropped off quite a bit. Last year my wife and I went again and loved the prime rib. Then, today, we visited for my birthday. The service was mediocre, salad and prime rib arrived at exact same time with apologies but not taken care of, and the prime rib was honestly more like a piece of ham. Not terrible but not good. I'll not return and suggest reader chooses otherwise.
