We had to replace our furnace and after searching out companies we decided to go with Appleton Campbell. It was the BEST decision we ever made. They were there on time and completed the work very efficiently and they did not waiver from the estimate that was given, which by the way was very reasonable. We were amazed at the difference when the heat came on, it warmed up very nicely in our house. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and anyone else. This company has our business forever!! Thank you so much on a job WELL DONE!!
i had a leak under my kitchen sink, called Appleton Campbell.
I had heard that Appleton-Campbell was expensive. However, the old adage of you get what you pay for holds true. The company is always prompt, courteous, and thorough. Another service person on another job stopped to look over at our furnace boiler serving three zones in our old house (oil/hot water system) and commented that he had never seen such quality work. When I mentioned that it was done by A-C, he said, "Well that explains it. They are the best." When things are done right the first time, it cuts down on service calls in the future to continue to fix the same problem.
the ladies that took my call on the phone were so pleasant and nice they understood my problem, quickly had a expert plumber to my house that afternoon. The problem was solved in no time. Thank You Appleton Campbell!!! 5 stars would use them again
Recently had Appleton Campbell out to service my heat pump and was very impressed. They were very knowledgeable, attentive, and nice. Would highly recommend their service to anyone in the area. The lady who scheduled everything and followed up with us was a delight as well, Renee I believe it was.
Customer service does not get any better than with this company. Not only was their work top-notch but the workers who came out to our home were unbelievable to say the least. From the initial inspection to the work they did yesterday I'm not able to find words to say how fantastic this company is. They were on time professional and the best part is we have a 6 year old neighbor who is a boy through and through and loves everything about construction. He was here for almost 6 hours helping the guys with his own little tools had lunch with them and they talked to him all day and included him in their work. They even went as far as to lay some safe tools out in the grass that they didn't need to use and pretended that they needed to use them so he could help them. We've had several people come out and do work on our home and they can't be bothered with kids at all. This company is different you would have thought my brothers were over here hanging out working instead of complete strangers. My little buddy next door had the best day of his life yesterday and it was due to how great these guys were with him. Five stars is not enough for the service and the kindness that this company has to offer.
