I hate shopping for shoes because I have huge feet; it's a big problem getting the right kind of shoe and right size. I had to visit 8 different stores in 2 days to find a suitable pair. Thanks to this store and the Very Helpful young lady who works here. She went out of her way to hunt down the shoes I needed, which were at a Payless ShoeSource at a different location. ..Mind you, I shopped at 6 other stores and I have nothing good to say about them, but this store and the one in Stafford, the Customer Service is Real and Exceptional, a hundred times Better than any other shoe stores.
I'm surprised there is only one review for this store, however I am NOT surprised it was a 5 star review. The Warrenton location is the ONLY place I shop for shoes, now. The staff always helps or offers to help when I'm in there. I, generally, know what I'm looking for and go directly to the size, but there is always someone there to assist. Great selection all of the time.
