We had a lovely private brunch in a private room of the restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was phenomenal. I had a little trouble getting my check at the end when I tried to leave a little early but all in all, it was fabulous. We'll be back!
Took a spur of the moment trip to Poplar Springs Inn this last weekend and the experience was outstanding. Very friendly staff, idyllic setting, great spa, and an outdoor hot tub with a star view to sip a wine with. Enjoyed the Sunday Brunch and that was at another level. Well done on all fronts and we will be back. Thanks!
Nice venue. Hated the shower that's about it. No where to set soaps and shampoo other than floor. Shaving legs for wedding was complicated and no support handles. Ended up sitting on floor to shave. Very friendly staff. Food was wonderful. Beds were amazing and very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing views, polite staff, it's tucked away from the hubbub of town, but close enough to still enjoy the small town living. Beautiful wedding grounds as well as a casual getaway. It's a resort, in that you're well taken care of once you're there. Boasting a full restaurant with a multiple award-winning chef and two bars, food and drinks are always in supply. The spa is conveniently placed next to one of the only salt water pool and hot tubs in the greater D.C. Area. Obviously, Poplar Springs is well worth the visit and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone!
