Staff were very friendly and I felt no pressure on buying a used vehicle. I came in knowing what I wanted to get and Frank walk me thru the process. Frank was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns about the vehicle I was very interested in. Garan did a quick appraisal on my vehicle and provided me with the trade-in value, which I believe was very fair. I ended up leaving without the car that evening as I was still shopping around for a better deal.

We were drawn because of the reviews and the folks here delivered. Aaron was exceptional in his professionalism, respect, and concern for our needs. Never was there any pushy sales pitch or shady sales trick. Honest, open, and straightforward was our experience from start to finish. Aaron worked hard for our business, and more importantly, to meet our needs. Jen went above and beyond to work her financing magic to get us the best rates and allow us to stay within our budget. Jen personalized the buying process, making us feel welcome, comfortable, and casual. Many laughs were had. Together, Aaron, Jen, and manager Garan managed to have us leaving in a nicer, newer car than we had intended, again, within our proposed budget! They've become increasingly pushy with follow up phone calls, despite us saying multiple times that we're going to test drive another vehicle make before we decide on which one we're buying. They should realize what a turnoff being hounded is!
While finalizing the purchase, there was a small computer glitch which prevented them on providing me all the paperwork needed to finalize the purchase. Rick offered to deliver all the documents the following day to my house at any time, we agreed a time in the afternoon that works best for me. The following day, Frank showed up on my door step with all the documents I needed.
Sales people were nice when we were there, although not as educated about the vehicles as I've previously experienced when buying a new vehicle (Leesburg KIA is top-notch!!).
Lindsay Buick GMC was great! My wife and I came in to look at the 17' Rogue on the lot. The salesman came out onto the lot within minutes of us being there and answered all of our questions efficiently. They have a very accommodating staff and management who are second to none. Very good pricing and hard to beat. I worked with Charles as my salesman whom was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I recommend Charles and The Lindsay group to everyone. Very satisfied customer.

I returned the following day and Collin assisted me as Frank has to leave early for family matters. Frank did not failed me to have a very nice young man to assist me on driving home with my car. Rick was the lead guy during the shift and was also very accommodating.
Overall, the experience was painless and no pressure from staff on buying new, instead of a used car. Very pleased with the recent experience and definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest and courteous staff.
