great and friendly staff. quick service. only problem was the food wasnt all too great. but then im from dc so it may just be a location thing
Queso bland like a rue that they forgot to add the cheese to. Service was quick and employees friendly. Food was not as good as other Chipotle chains.
It was clean, they served me quickly and the food was great as usual.
we ordered lunch from this location on Monday. We printed out a fax form and faxed to them with a confirmation that the fax went through. We work in a doctors office so there were at least 6 of us ordering plus the Drug Rep that was bringing it. When the Drug Rep arrived to the restaurant they told her they didn't have our order ready because they don't take faxed orders anymore and ripped the request up and threw it in the trash. So then they had to piece together our order form and get our order together. All of our orders were wrong. We have 3 people in our office that have food allergies. So my questions are 1) why couldn't they call us when they received the fax request and tell us they no longer do fax orders 2) why is there still a option on their website to do a fax order? 3) Did they give the Rep a discount for the messing up everything? No! I wont be going there for a while!!!!
