The interior looks like a roadside diner. The menu looks like a roadside diner's. The staff is friendly like at a roadside diner. But the food is some of the best diner grub I've ever had. If you're in the area, you should definitely stop by.
First time visit, just sat down, ordered a cup of coffee to have the waitress spill the whole cup of burning hot coffee on me. My stomach and thighs burning in pain. Had to leave to medically tend to my injuries and my soaking wet clothes. But, I wanted to inform the manager what happened before I left. The hostess at the door got the manager and I told him what happened. I showed him the red burns on my stomach...and all he said was I'm sorry and I'm sure it was not intentional. Never asked the waitresses name, never offered anything. No concern, no please come back and give us a 2nd chance, never asked my name, never got my contact number to possibly check up on me and my injuries. Would have been nice if they offered something. I know accidents happen...but it is how you recover from them to make things right and better. This manager and this restaurant made me feel like things like this happen there all the time. They should have tried to make this right at the time of the accident. It is too late now...and I'm sorry I had to write this review.
Great place for hamburgers with about 10 to choose from. On Tuesday they are half price. I also really like their authentic Greek food. But they're much more. Weather permitting, eat outside or listen to the free live music.
Awesome family owned restaurant with so many interesting menu options. I always have trouble picking something because everything sounds so good that it is hard to narrow down to just one entree. You can't go wrong with this place.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Northside 29 Diner. Very attentive waitress, amazing portion sizes with a wide selection. The meatloaf sandwich and chicken panini were excellent. The very friendly owner brought me a second order of homemade chips when he noticed I was enjoying the first batch. These folks are a class act!
