Going to see Dr. Chang was well worth the long drive. He is very knowledgable and patient...I highly reccommend him!!
Excellent doctor ! I drove over an hour for my son to see Dr.Chang because of the reviews and they are all true!! He was very thorough ,he listened and made my son very comfortable with all test that was done. He found out what was going on with my son that we've seen many other doctors for and they missed . Also the staff was very friendly and there was a minimal wait time to be seen. I highly recommend Dr.Chang ! He's very smart and makes sure your understood your diagnosis .
Took my 6wk old preemie son in for suspected tongue & lip tie. Very knowledgeable & professional. Broke everything down for us so we could understand & visualize the problem/diagnosis. Turns out the problem was his palate, not a tie. A lot of Dr's would have done the surgery anyway. Dr Chang was upfront & honest (surgery won't help or correct issue). Referred us to a feeding specialist. We've been having feeding & weight gain issues since he was born, so nice to finally have someone find the problem & get us headed in the right direction. I highly recommend Dr Chang!
I saw Dr. Chang in February 2016 and it was by far the worst experience I've had with a doctor. His bedside manner could use some serious work. He seemed like he really did not want to help me with the issues with my tonsils. I've been dealing with serious issues with my tonsils for awhile and thought I had finally found a doctor to help me. Therefore, I drove 1.5 -2 hours in the snow, sleet and ice from Maryland to Fauquier to only feel like I completely wasted my time and wanted to burst into tears when I left his office. It is now close to 2 years later and I still think about that horrible experience.
His bedside manner is horrible! He is more concerned about educating you about how insurance works and covering himself than he is with your symptoms. Worst doctor's visit I have ever had. Would not recommend him to anyone.
