Dr.Kanal has been a blessing for me with finding g the right and best medicine to treat my upper respiratory problems I can now have a peaceful night sleep which I hadn't had in6 months.she is very intelligent knowledgeable and down to earth.. someone who you can speak to and understand what they are saying. After losing insurance and not having a primary care physician I was completely surprised when I found Dr. Kanal. She is amazing. She spends so much time listening and helping address every need. She is amazing! Every single time I have went in she has taken her time and I never once felt like I was just another number. She made me feel like I have known her all my life and so comfortable to talk about things I don't normally share. I think by far she is the best. She is very intelligent and up to date with newer medications and side effects. I am so glad I found her!

Although not her specialty, Dr. Kanal's personality promotes success in elder care.
I have seen this doctor twice after trying other doctors in the area. I moved here from another state. Even though I drive 25 miles each way its worth seeing her. She is intelligent, compassionate and allows you to participate in decisions regarding your care. The referrals she gave me were excellent. I look forward to working with this fine physician.

There is a downside to this because she spends so much time with each patient she does not always run on time. I am not bothered by it not even a little bit. She is worth the wait in every aspect. You can't be thorough..caring..and quick all at the same time. I too work in the medical field and I know what it is like but what matters is that she is caring and genuinely is spending quality time with her patients! So I will wait and continue to wait because I know when it is my turn she will do the same for me.
